Developing Your Fundraising Strategy

Focussing on your organisation’s current position, Anthony can support your strategy from initial stages (feasibility work, fundraising audit, setting goals) through mid term reviews to long term strategic development. He has a particular specialism in capital appeals large and small but is equally familiar with raising funds for core costs and projects.

Writing Your Case For Support

A case for support document is the backbone of strategic fundraising. It contains everything you need to approach funders and is written in language designed to engage donors. Anthony will review your charity documentation (annual reports, web sites, previous applications etc) and then draft a case for support document. Once approved by your staff and trustees this can be used to support your fundraising activities.

Raising Funds

Anthony can either work alongside your own fundraising team to compliment their skills and experience or solo, assisting with research and identification of potential funding sources, applications to trusts, supporting you to engage with major donors and/or establishing and growing individual giving programmes.

Mentoring and Training

With over 20 years experience in fundraising Anthony has worked across all aspects of the profession. He can use his experience to mentor and train new or junior members of your fundraising team, senior volunteers or even your CEO!

A strong and positive public presence is needed to support fundraising activities and Anthony has extensive experience and skills in writing for the charity sector from brochures to flyers to press releases and tweets. His knowledge of the print process also allows him to take publications from an initial idea to the final copy.
